Ashes, Ashes…
Hard to believe, but it’s time for Lent already.
This year, something a little different:
Ashes will be distributed on Ash Wednesday (that’s February 21 this year) at 9am and 7pm in our church, and - here’s the different part - at 11am AT WELLES VILLAGE. Of course, all are invited to any of the services. Trivia - you don’t have to ba a Catholic to come and receive ashes.
Why the change? The kiddies are off from Faith Formation so we don’t have our usual “Captive Audience” for the 4pm service we normally have.
