The Easter Vigil is the centerpiece of our liturgical year. This year our Great Vigil was doubly blessed because Mark McMullin was baptized into the Christian faith and initiated into the church. Here are some photos of the event.

First off - note this well! There is NO 5pm MASS (anywhere) the night before Easter! Mass on this day is at 8pm.
The Easter Vigil Mass (in EVERY Catholic parish) begins after dark. So, our Mass will be at 8pm. (In our diocese, no parish may begin Mass before 8pm. We will begin at 8pm)

Our Lenten observances for this year begin on February 6, 2008, Ash Wednesday. Services at 9am, 4pm (convenient for our faith formation students) and 7pm.
Masses for the Holyday of Obligation - Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God - are:
Monday at 5pm
Tuesday at 10:30am
Masses for Christmas will be:
Christmas Eve – 4pm, 7:00pm & Midnight
Christmas Day – Midnight & 10:30am
(No 8am Mass on Christmas Day)
The parish Communal Penance Service for Advent will be on
Tuesday, December 18 at 7pm. Mark your calendar!
On December 8, the church celebrates the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary (which is an Holyday of Obligation.)
Our Masses wil be on FRIDAY at 7pm and SATURDAY at 10am.
Sacred Heart gives thanks together as a community on Wednesday evening at 7pm.
