Special Note to Ministers of Holy Communion:
Communion from the cup continues to be curtailed during this influenza season. Because of this, there will be only zero or one Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion scheduled per Mass as EMHCs. However, we still need you to act as “Greeters” at the doors to the church.

Note to other parishes looking for Scheduling Software: We get a lot of questions about this; we are using Minister Scheduler Pro software from Rotunda Software. It is inexpensive, easy to use and it saves a lot of time. We find that it works the way it is supposed to and it makes quality schedules our volunteers deserve and it’s saving us money on postage.
